At KittySpout™, we want you and your feline friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original KittySpout™ box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fountain, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
